You have to give him credit. Paul is looking at the bigger picture. One BIG payday or lots of smaller ones and then hope to cash in down the line. Kelly pretty much puts an end to Pdub's career just like he did with so many others. Pdub can't take the punches Miranda, Taylor... etc... can take and we know what happened to them post Pavlik.

 

Pavlik's average speed will make this fight hard for him.

 

There's no way that Martinez can go the distance against a guy with that kind of power. Pavlik is not Williams, he hits 10 times harder.

 

What does Sergio bring to the table speed wise that Taylor didn't. At the time, Taylor had some of the fastest hands around. Now factor in height, reach and power. Look for Sergio to realize what he is up against early and turn into Rubio.

We've yet to see Pavlik fight anyone half decent since his embarrassing defeat to a pensioner... how do we know he's not a ruined fighter? He could be all Jeff Lacy'd.
