If you want, you could make your own, with Mayweather in all category. Knock-out, opponents who are HOF, Opponents win-loss ratio, etc. I encourage you to do it because it is really therapeutic.
Pacquiao won his first title in 1997... The losses he suffered before and after that came about as a direct result of not making weight. In the first fight, he came in over and had to wear heavier gloves. In the second fight, he'd lost before even stepping into the ring, again because he didn't make weight (he was also knocked out during the fight). The only loss Pacquiao took after those came at the hands of Erik "Terrible" Morales at a time when Morales was arguably one of the best fighters alive (and my favorite fighter of all-time, by the by). If you haven't seen Morales in action, you should stop whatever you're doing and go watch Morales-Barrera I, II, and III until satisfied that Morales is no tomato can. Losing to him is not a mark of shame. Losing to him is like losing to any great fighter. Heck, had they fought, Morales would be number one or number two on Floyd's resume. Your title states that Pac is overrated. Someone posted some facts about Pac as compared to the ATGs and he stacked up well against them. Why are you including Floyd in the conversation here? We are discussing here whether Pac is overrated or not.
PAC never fought for the Olympics because there is no money to be had in the amateur ranks, not necessarily because he did not have skill.
