A points win will not be good enough for Audley if he is serious about trying to climb the heavywieght ladder once again he needs to knock sprott out . i just hope he takes some risks and is not to afraid to let he's hands go for fear of sprott catching him again

A points win is still a win and will make him the European Champion. He will then be in line for a World or Alphabet Title shot...

Providing the MC says "From Wembley, Audley Harrison" when announcing the winner it is a good result for him.

  3. The European Title usually gives a fighter an automatic top 10 ranking with the WBC. Therefore if Harrison wins the EBU (European) heavyweight title he will become a legitimate option for Vitali Klitschko, as Sosnowski did.

Matt Macklin, Ryan Rhodes, Nathan Cleverly, Rendall Munroe, all European champions now with top 10 WBC rankings.

Even scarier is if Matthew Hatton wins this friday he could possibly be Andre Berto's next opponent for the WBC welterweight title.

Is that scary or funny? :think

Scary that a boxer so average can get such a chance or funny because Berto will make Matthew "Ricky's brother" look as bad as he really is?

he should retire if he loses, his career will be over if he loses to Sprott again.

A fight he should win really. In prixe fighter is was standing straight up and letting people walk on to the left hand i cant see someone like sprott doing the same but if audley keeps steady and putting some pressure on with the jab he should be OK - but work rate is always a key problem for him and if he panics like he did in the 1st fight with Sprott on the odd occasion he rushed at it could be curtains for his career. I want Audley to win and if he can get another decent win to shove him up the rankings who knows he mght challenge for a belt after all. But some of his losses have been dire so maybe its just blind optimism. Loose and its stick on the domestic scene or retire

I'm just tired of giving Audley 'one more chance'. His lack of mental strength and courage make him a woeful waste of talent. If we could give him Martin Rogan's mindset then we'd have a possible champ on our hands but we can't so he UD's Sprott in a safety first unimpressive performance and then once again talks about being the second coming of George Foreman!

  12. Probably a bit of both. Hopefully it never happens.

Not so scary, I mean Berto would wipe the ****ing floor with Hatton in my opinion so.... what's to worry about?

I'd love the fight to happen. Because of his last name, HBO might even give there blessing?

  14. By that I meant it's scary that a fighter of Matthew Hatton's calibre could be legitimately fighting for the WBC title in 2 fights time. No doubt he gets totally outclassed on the night.

They all say this at crossroad fights, either way they will be back. What other career options does Audley Harisson have?
