I'm not even remotely offended by any sort of high school insult.
    My IQ clearly dwarfs yours.

Is graduating from high school the greatest feather in your hat, the one you're most proud of?

I mean what are you, an ìnbred alabama redneck?

I most def agree with the Duran part,Leonard was fighting like a clown and Duran knew he wasnt in the shape he needed to be to catch up with him so he just said **** this **** i'll get this clown other time what he didnt knew was that it would take so long for them to fight again.

I remember taking that or a similar test when I was entertaining joining the marines. Scored near perfect. But then again they'll let anyone into the military these days.

    No they don't.
You know how many people are trying to join right now and can't get in?

Well, marines, probably... I wouldn't doubt they would put an idiot like you in afghanistan with a gun.

Thank you. Someone that actually cares about the history of the sport.

Duran didnt quit because he was taking a whipping. He quit because he wasnt up to the task that night, probably because he was sick.

He schooled Duran, but he didnt really beat him up. Alot of the punches he landed were potshots and Duran looked like he was disinterested in chasing Leonard.

    Duran didnt say "No Mas"

He really said "**** this clown, im going home to play Xbox"[/quote]

yer i no he didn't say "no mas" but he still gave up, had no clue what to do, and was left frustated, that only meant Leonard was the better boxer, he made a guy quit witout really hurting him! i undertsand where your coming from but if a 3rd fight would of happend straight away you really thing it would of been different?!? Duran was blown away by Hearns and people thought he was guna annialate Leonard, but Leonard was a good thinking boxer, who has all the attributes and you can't take that away from him!!! Thats why he beat 3 of the legends in the ring!!

i think Hagler was over confident for that fight, (even though still a close one!!) i think due to leonard inactivity, he though it was a easy win, he agreed to a lot of things like a bigger ring (leonard was the quicker of the too two fighters, which meant he used the space of the ring to his advantage), i think leonard deserved the win, espeacially when he hadn't boxed for 3 years prior to the bout!!!!!

Hagler boxing leonard for the first 3 rounds was the biggest mistake of his life.
Going orthodox for the first round was absolutely ******ed.

Hell, at least all these ATGs actually got in the ring with eachother, and more than once. The boxing biz was never perfect, but at least these fights happened at all. Compared to the cherrypicking that goes on in this era, boxing fans should be thankful for what was.
