please man Dirrell couldn't hold Ali's bucket don't even put those names in the same thread unless its to say how much Ali shits all over Dirrell in every single facet of the sport.

 

If you cannot see the difference between the way Ali and Leonard fought and the way that Dirrell fought for the majority of the Froch fight then you seriously need to get some medical help.

Leonard fought like a clown in the 2nd fight. Infact thats what Duran said when he quit, called him a clown. The only reason its remembered as such a great win is because of the mythos surrounding the fight.

Leonard couldnt beat Duran in a toe to toe battle, so he "ran" thats the terms you ***s use not me.

Its called boxing douche bag, and thats what Dirrell does. A fan of the caveman style wouldnt know anything about that though.

Probably the MMA generation. They know that they would get slaughtered if they accused Ali or Leonard of running, but know they can get away with it against guys like Mayweather and Dirrell.

Then again, you gotta realize the vast majority havent seen Leonards fights against Duran and Hagler or any boxer that hasnt been fighting since 2000 for that matter.

Abraham is like clottey...a good punishment absorber and a hard puncher..when he finally gets out of his guard. Not a good boxer... he gives away early rounds to study and hope the opponent runs out of steam. This time around he is pressured to not give away any rounds with this hometown situation

 

I am glad someone else sees that Dirrell has a suspect chin and I still commend him for managing to avoid taking any big shots flush in the Froch fight.

 

There has to be a reason why Dirrell fights the way he does.

He's not a counter-puncher because Floyd is a counter-puncher and he doesn't run away, throw himself to the canvas and clinch excessively.

So, Dirrell is either a glass-jawed fraud or a poorly trained fighter.

It took AA pretty much the full 12 rounds to KO a washed up shell of Jermaine Taylor. Dirrell is in his prime or close to it and is faster and more elusive than JT, so I don't think AA will knock him out like most people think he's going to. Sorry, I'm just not on AA jock like that. He has wins at 168 against a washed up fighter and Edison Miranda (who beat his ass the first time).....Dirrell is going to expose AA and gonna leave this hype train a wreck.

 

Rather be a fan of the "caveman" style then a boxer who, "bends to his opponents knees", "falls down without being touched", "shows his opponent the back of his head", "afraid to get hit", "clinches and holds when he does not have too", "complains to the ref when he gets hit", "fights like a coward" and last but not least "thinks a boxing ring is a track and field", yeah give me the cave man anyday:roll:
