Floyd is a good boxer. Good boxing skills and good defensive skills. What he lacks is risks taking as proven on how he fights and how he choose opponents. He's a safety first boxer. I think due to this deficiency, it's the reason why Floyd was not chosen as "The Fighter" of this decade.

He's good and probably the 2nd best boxer of this decade.

Floyd is good but he's NOT taking risks in a fight and it's a proven Floyd characteristic. He's safety first. IMO if he fights Pacquiao, he needs to take some risks in order to win.
