If Arum is having Margo fight again before getting his US license then he is looking for one more fight to cash him in. Maybe Pacquiao or the Cotto rematch, it doesn't have to be in the US.

I think it may have been plaster paris, either way regardless of what I think if your saying that its not plaster paris then I can not use your claim and say he was trying to cheat cus there is nothing to support that, now with the idea of plaster paris being involved yes he is a cheater.

Whenever someone says plaster like substance. I always think of the plaster in its paste form before you use it. So to me, they are saying he had a paste like substance on the pads. Which is a huge no no.

if it were plaster which the majority beleives then we see how he tried to cheat but if it was not plaster how can you even argue that he was trying to cheat?
