Well, here's another fun fact. With all due respect to Wlad, but he hasn't fought with any heavyweights remotely close to the level of a Joe Frazier, George Foreman, or Sonny Liston. Corrie Sanders would not last 15 rounds with neither of these guys.

    Lesser competition?:huh

You have to be kidding. Look at the record of some of those old timers and you'll see most of their fights were against fighters who would be qualified as "journeymen" types at best if they were fighting today.

OK to this I would question your comments because Foreman made his living out of Knocking out smaller men.. including joe frazier, who did he beat in his size or weight class? he didn't have the quick feet or the sharp punches that wlad has...he had slow feet and thumping slow punches

I would argue that Sanders was a left handed formen with a better punch..

I know it sounds crazy but who did Foreman beat besides alot of smaller outclassed fighters?

That's a fairly balanced view. I think what frustrates fans is not that Wlad can or can't KO most of his opposition, he can. But it takes him 10-12 rounds what he could have done in 1 or 2, as Tyson would have done and Lewis too, if he was in that particular mode.

You're not wrong, but winning in a boring fashion isn't entertaining. And what most doesn't realize is that whether you're a boxer, a hockey player, a football player, or any other athlete, you're also in the entertainment business, as well as the sport business, and on that level Wlad comes up short. Tyson on the other hand excels not only at fighting, but at entertaining, and when you watch him you know someone's going to get KO'd, either his opponent or him.

Boxing is the art of hitting without getting hit. Vlad's knockout ration is fantastic, so is Vitali's. Haye was a sick joke running from Valouev, not even fighting! Klitschkos are so good that they make their opponents look very bad.

Boxing might be the art of hitting without getting hit, but as far as entertainment value goes, it's aggression and KO's that people want to see.

For example you could use all the facts at your disposal to basically prove that Wlad is better than Tyson, perhaps even as far a KO's go, but you know what, the average fan, either won't care or won't believe you.

They know that Tyson was the far more agressive and entertaining fighter and got more fighters out of there quickly and ruthlessly, and that's what they'll focus on when they compare the two.
