I cant vote because Ive rooted against all of those guys at some point.

I would have ticked the `other` option... that `other` being Erik Morales.

You're a ****ing idiot. The bulky guy without true power and the methodical pacing and the T-Rex arms is the most exciting... OK. The guy who starts running backwards when he can't take the heat is the most exciting... OK. HORSE****. You're yet another one of these homosexual fanboys. CLEARLY... Most exciting my ass. Haye and Adamek are EASILY more exciting. Marquez, Hopkins, and Mayweather are EASILY more interesting to watch.

 What a moronic post from your part San Rafael...His ability to win fights despite his size is what makes him interesting.

How quick are we to forget the beatdown he put on Judah, the body punch to put down Quintana in his first fight at WW, the 12 rounds of pain he gave Malignaggi, getting back up from a knockdown to stop Torres, watching the tough fight against Mosley and all his other fights have been exhilirating as ****.

So what if he lost against iron chinned Margarito which is a controversial loss @ best and against the #1 P4P and probably the best fighter this generation in Pacquiao. I don't even know why I bother responding to your ******ed post. Oh and    at your last sentence...

    What?

So someone should just ditch a fighter when hes at the down end of his career? Coming up Cotto was a very smooth customer in the ring, was a p4p fighter who took on big challenges, fought through adversity and was usually the terminator within the ring, whos style was unique and who put his punches together nicely, often laying punishment on his opponents to the point the majority of them would wilt, and ripped the body like few did at the time.... And then to his no nonsense attitude and usual respect for his opponents while having a demeanor that was cool, calm and collected. There was plenty to like about cotto, and im glad to see his fans arent just ditching him after hes lost two and had a tough fight and the best is behind him.

Not quite sure actually how someone could even wonder, or why they would try to even critic anyones choice on here, let alone a fighter like cotto.... this is about who people root for, not about whos the best, whos undefeated, whos the most exciting, or any of that ****... its about who you root for, again, dont understand the criticism.

Tito and Morales are the two fighters I always support no matter what. I even try to convince myself Tito deserved the decision over Oscar!

From the list, I voted for JMM. The Marquez brothers, Haye and Gamboa are the only guys I really root for.

You basically asked why someone would put cotto, so i did.
So what exactly is your problem with someone putting cotto? thats what im not understanding, this is a thread about 'who do you root for no matter what', and your blasting peoples choices?

    PAC

before, during and after the fight he is all about honour and respect. Fights like a warrior, doesnt resort to cheating in fight like cotto, doesnt resort to pathetic behaviour like mayweather before a fight.

The man symbolizes a hope for boxing in the future
