yeah, that's what pisses me off. they think we hold him at a high pedestal like a god, or a savior. when in fact, all facts point elsewhere.
I think one of the reasons why other fans treat us like that, is because they see us as something of a fly by night operation or something. A Johnny Come Lately who only discovered boxing when Pacquiao arrived on to the scene. They just dont think much of us, probably. Sure, I'll agree that boxing interest has intensified in the Philippines since Pacman became famous, but interest in boxing has always been alive in the Philippines since before WW2. We have always been one of the boxing powerhouses in the asia-pacific boxing circuit. Along with Thailand, Korea and Japan. Sure, many of our boxers in the past never became famous in the west, because they never really needed to fly halfway around the world to look for a good match up. You can always find a great match up just around the corner. In the past, you can have a full career without ever leaving asia. Many of the famous Thai boxers up to now never leave their territory. The asian circuit is very active.
Pacquiao is like Ali, Bruce lee, elvis great people that make fans go loco nothin wrong with that LOL. .:mj
Adam Carolla =======>>>> IDIOT ESB members agreeing with Carolla ==========>>>>> LOWER THAN IDIOT :verysad
hmm says . . . I can respect the guys opinions on blood testing but he then sounds like a cultural ignant when talking about the Philippines. "He don't know **** about Philippines."
When was the last time you've visited the islands? More than 10 years ago, maybe? How would you know what's the truth?
