From News About Fights...........Hermann Ngoudjo will be meeting two-time world champion Julio Diaz on May 14th from the Buffalo Bill Casino in Primm Nevada promoter for Montreal super-lightweight confirmed on Wednesday. The matchup will be part of an ESPN2 broadcast of Friday Night Fights. “There’s an agreement in place but no signed contracts as of yet,” said Yvon Michel, promoter for Ngoudjo. “It’s a good fight for both fighters and particularly a good fight for Hermann. He proved in his last fight he was back and I think this kind of opposition will prove it to everybody. A win could launch him right back to another world title shot.”..... Good fight for Hermann...Ngoudjo Tko10...Toughts?

He's been robbed a few times. Shame though he is a good boxer the beating he took from Urango was pretty bad as well good to see him comeback and give it another go

He got hurt pretty bad against Urango and fought 9 rounds with a broken jaw! He got the hearth of a champion!

Not a bad fight for ESPN. They have had a good year with the major hiccups being the cancellation of Cunningham-Godfrey, Spinks-Bundrage, and Cloud-whoever he was to fight. At his best I'd take Diaz but he's really on the slide now. Ngoudjo will have too much for him now. Ngoudjo by ko.

This would ordinarily seem like unfair matchmaking, but all things considered Ngoudjo does deserve a gimme win over a somewhat name fighter at this point.
