Dirrell has thrown more punches in round 1 than he did in 12 rounds against Froch.

 

The first round will determine the outcome of the fight. Whoever wins that has 90 percent chance to win the fight. Who won it?

As expected, Arthur covering up and Dirrell trying to break through the shell.

Round 1

AD begins with a series of jabs both high and low. No response from AA elicits a higher volume of jabs, accompanied by straight left hands. AA throws a few lazy jabs to the body, but is largely remaining in his shell. AD is able to push him back when he switches orthodox and bangs the shell with right hands.
