He moves his left arm so to the front of his body as his is falling onto the canvas. Had he been knocked out this would not have been natural for him to adjust his arm for a more comfortable landing like that. Thats why I think he was not KO'd and putting it on.

Not everyone acts the same way when they get ko'd so they'll be different reactions. It really depends on the person.

He also moves under the rope. At the time I thought he was acting 100%, and I thought the commentators also thought he was acting, but I'm coming round to the view that he had some control but maybe not full control.

Another point is that Dirrel often ducks very low without touching down with the knee or glove, so while I thought it was a tired or frustrated foul punch from Abraham, I'm now wondering what Abraham thought was the situation when Dirrell was down in that position, cos he hadn't knocked him down, so the question is did he realize he'd slipped. Anyway, the fight couldn't go on as the result of a foul so it had to be a D/Q.

I agree, IF Dirrel was acting this SO tops Hopkins acting in the Calzaghe fight.
I think it was a delayed reaction.

Also I think Abraham thought Dirrel was ducking under.
I bet the practiced that upper cut just for that.

    Who expected a DQ?

it looks like he was hit behind the ear which can really mess up your equilibrium so maybe he was there but had no control on his balance or anything

So when Abraham knocked out Taylor and he was holding his hands out while on his back.. he was not knocked out.. Just looking for a way out.

  10. He definitely played it out but that was legit grounds for a DQ. ****ing dirty **** right there

If Dirrell is acting get that man in Hollywood, he could be the next Denzel Washington.

Grow up you ****ing Abraham pissguzzlers, your man got beat up for a majority of the fight and had to resort to dirty tactics to try to win and they rightly backfired on his ass.

Abraham blew it. He had him hurt before that DQ. He had the chance to steal the fight.

i would like to think abraham did it without realising its happened before if your losing badly in a fight or even a round the moment your hurt the guy you do tend to get over excited

Abraham is a piece of ****. That foul was blatant. Anyone saying Dirrel was faking it should be punched in the face.
