If it was a deliberate foul, would AA have turned to the ****ing ref and put his hands up excitedly. He was surprised, he didn't even realize what had happened until they informed him he was disqualified, not the winner. This is a fluke of circumstances that wouldn't have happened if they fought a million times over.
