Doesnt look like a genuine knockdown to me. Looks like he was slapped and hooked down.

It was more of a push or slap than a punch but I wouldn't be mad if that counted.

Agreed. It was a push. At first watch I thought it should have been a KD. But the gif shows it shouldnt have been. Good post. You got a gif for the AA non-KD?

    That was a knock down?

    LMAO!

That was a damn CLOTHES LINE!

He did not even hit him with the inside of the glove.
AA was hit with an arm not a glove.

A lot of people keep saying the ref was lousy because their butthurt their boy got tooled, but Cole did an excellent job. Both of the knockdowns he waved off were not legit.

This one was a slap/push and the Dirrell one was clearly a trip.

Beautiful how Andre rolls with the punches btw and then just misses with that left hook. Great boxing this.

Push for me, AA's feet clearly off the canvas before Dirrell push-slaps him

It was a push. Dirrell's wrist to Abraham's neck, and Dirrell maintains contact while swinging his arm like slamming a door shut.

I would. Pushing someone over when they're off balance shouldn't count the same as putting someone down with an actual punch.

Guess you didn't watch the fight. It was ruled no kD.

Yeah, but it looks like a push. Has there ever a fight with more controversial things to talk about?

    1. Dirrell's 2nd KD
    2. AA's KD
    3. Spill 1 of water from AA's corner
    4. Was AA getting hit with low blows or just whining?
    5. AA's cut, was it from the headbutt?
    6. Doctor's treatment of AA's cut.
    7. Ref re-setting when Dirrell might have been in trouble in the corner.
    8. Spill 2
    9. DQ
    10. Faked KO?
    11. No steroid test

It would be somewhat of a ***** to decide from where the ref was positioned, but more likely than not, if I was positioned where the ref was, I would waive that knockdown off because Dirrell's arm action doesn't match Abraham's falling action.
