It's mostly for talent reasons. Euros know their fighters aren't as advanced as The Americans and need more time to develope.

If you believe that bull****, you must just be another garbage fan...the biggest bouts are no doubt in America, the biggest money bouts are no doubt in America, but if you believe they are the only big bouts out there then you are very small minded.
The thread starter stated America and Europe should not stand side by side, if you agree with this, and obviously you do with all your, 'America OWNS boxing' (which by the way makes you sound like an egotistical American, taking credit for other peoples achievements), then I suggest you watch more boxing around the world.

If you are a fan of boxing, you watch all boxing, nationality is irrelevant. You sound like you are a fan of American boxing with a few exceptions...I guess you are just another garbage fan.

The difference between Kell Brook and Ward or Dirrell though at this stage is amateur experience. Just because he turned pro and the same time and has the same amount of pro fights doesn't mean that his boxing education is at the same stage. Brook is three years younger than the two Andres and during those extra three years they were fighting at the top amateur levels. Of course they have stepped up faster at professional level.

In the next few years, the UK does have a number of boxers coming through who have turned pro in their early twenties after some top level amateur experience. The likes of Degale and Gavin (Saunders and Khan were younger still at 17/18). It wouldn't be a suprise if one of those is fighting top level opponents in a similar time scale to Ward or Dirrell if they continue to develop.

America has better fighters then Europe. Period. Most of its due to training. Americans have better trainers, and better competition nationally.

There are more European paper titlests then Americans, but when they actually take on alive dog more likely then not they lose.

The Klitsckos are the exception to the rule.

Adamek scored 3 KDs and still managed only a close SD. Adamek was getting outboxed in that fight. Props to him though for scoring the KDS. So Adamek got his ass kicked by one American, and managed only a close SD against another one despite scoring 3 KDs. He's about to get his ass kicked by another American in few weeks. He did beat O'neil Bell though.
