Abraham will knock "Hollywood" Dirrell out! This will be good. Finish the fight after Abraham was cheated out of a legit knockdown by crooked Cole. Headbutt, called punch, by Cole who lied. Low blows not called. I said it before the fight. If Abraham had not made the mistake Dirrell would have been knocked out, it was clear Dirrell was out of it before the jab/slip knockdown.

 

Dirrell leaves himself massively open. If he couldnt hurt Dirrell, he wont touch Ward who is more orthodox and disciplined.

Dirrell is really behind the 8 ball here with his 'loss' to Froch. If Froch loses out and Dirrell loses out, Froch gets the head to head tie breaker.

What Dirrell needs to hope for is that Kessler loses out and Green loses out, that will make him the 4th seed. If Kessler beats Froch, then Dirrell has serious problems because that would mean he would have to beat Ward which is going to be a tactical war. Same goes for if Green beats Ward.

 

Dirrell can beat Ward. Dirrell has all of the physical ability that Ward has, and he's taller, longer, and a better puncher. Ward is more technically sound though, and mentally seems rock solid. But he is not a very big puncher. If Dirrell keeps learning and improving his mental game, like he did in this fight, Ward is going to have a long night ahead of him.
