No I meant the fact that the report said a concussion was ruled out. I'm not sure what tests are done and how a concussion is usually diagnosed, I was thought that he most likely had a concussion and was surprised that he apparently did not have one.
A concussion is one of the hardest conditions to diagnos. Not to mention, very dangerous. Dirrell couldn't remember nothing, that's why he kept crying cause he thought got KOed. Only after his people kept telling him that he won via DQ did he relax a bit. Memory loss is the first sign of a concussion. You always want to take precautionary measures anytime you get hit on your head and you forget what happened.
He definitely seemed disoriented and out of it when he was being interviewed. "Is this Speaker? Is this Speaker? Please tell me this is Speaker".
Acting, when the doctor checked him he was suddenly fine. His eyes were clear when he looked over to his corner to take instructions. "Hollywood" Dirrell knew what he was doing.
Having been knocked out I can assure you that a) despite being unconscious and having no recollection of what happened for a period, I did not just "go limp" and b) I was not diagnosed with any serious head trama but still suffered memory loss and immediate disorientation. It's an incredibly perplexing thing to be wake up on the ground with no idea how you got there. It'll breed some strange behavior.
He followed his script well enough to get a Hollywood contract. MRI did not show concussion. Why not?
Why was Ricky Hatton released from the hospital after his tests all came back negative following the Pacquiao KO? He was faking, right?
It's OFFICIAL, there are currently 145 individuals who are so myopic and lack class it's ridiculous. I'll ask you a serious question that points out how silly this thought is. If AD was faking, then what you're really saying is Dirrell has the best chin in the history of boxing. If you say he doesn't, then AA really can't punch like everyone thinks. We all know the truth, but you can't have it both ways. Give the young man his props, and move on.:bbb
I didn't think Dirrell faked it until just now, when I saw the below video. Now I'm convinced he did fake it. Yes Abraham hit him when he was down, and deserved a points deduction/DQ regardless. He didn't need to fake it, but this video shows me that he did. First he looks up at Abraham like "Hey man you just ****ing hit me when I was down." Then he put his hands up like "WTF?" Then he raises his right hand to his face like "Ow that really hurt!" and falls back. Then he rolls around in agony. These aren't the actions of someone who's just been sparked out cold. No. ****ing. Way. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-la4CmpfbOk"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-la4CmpfbOk[/ame]
