I did say I was pissed when I did it mate

    I got about £115 back from £50.

All on Cardiff at 19/20 at home tonight. I think Leicester are about to hit a sticky patch.

I'd at least have put my £50 back :D

I'm doing quite well with the IPL but unless you work from home and can watch the matches it's pretty pointless because you have to be ready to lay at any time.

Yeah that's the trouble, I can't view the IPL or gambling sites from my office.

I'm trying to build an amount (without topping up) to slap at Froch so I was happy leaving the 50 where it was.

Last time I tipped Cardiff they lost 6-0 though so I'm a bit nervous now

What you thinking for Froch, points or stoppage?

I'm thinking stoppage to be honest. I have a horrible feeling Kessler is done.

After what's gone before in the tounament I don't see Froch getting a decision in Denmark.

Nobody else think Olusgan odds are strange?

    10/11 Decision
    7/4 stoppage

Yes. He's not going to lose so you can have a 'free' bet on the stoppage.

Stick 110 on points and 100 on stoppage.

He wins on points you get your money back, he stops it your 65 up.

I've said all of that without looking what the straight win odds are so could all be nonsense.

Conference call getting in the way of ESB sense check

I don't mind betting on events far in the future 'cause I use a separate pot of money to bet with so until i close the account and retire to the Seychelles (or buy a bag of crisps!) I treat it all as money gone.

I started with £50 in Boylesports and I have had ups and downs to £180 in the account with the following open bets:

    KP by KO/TKO/DQ - £40@ 9/4
    Groves by dec - £22@ 13/8
    Olusegan by KO/TKO/DQ - £20 (you are right - good value) @ 7/4
    Dirrell to win SSix - £20 @6/1

I put between 10 and 20% of my pot on each bet - depending on value (in my opinion) and confidence. Sometimes I will bet against what I think will happen if the odds are generous (eg i bet (small) on Dirrell to beat AA bt KO/TKO/DQ @10/1 as that seemed too generous)

Only a tenner..... what was the score btw?

I had Salford beating Hull, got on that at half time..... tied with Saints over Huddersfield.

30-8 to souths mate .... cronulla came out all guns firing as you would expect but Souths class told ... even big man Burgess went over ! ... he was smiling like a cheshire cat ....

Good performance from salford and what a ****ing tackle by Willie talua in the last minute - you owe him a beer ...lol

Missed out yesterday was gonna have a speculative tenner double on Warner and gayle to be top scorers for there sides at 14/1 ... but missed the start of the match ...:patsch

Good stuff, I'm pleased for Sam, really good lad (according to Lee Smith).

It was just a bit of a stab on the Salford game, can't remember the inplay odds but they were really generous for a close game.

I've got a bit on Mumbai to beat Punjab..... Punjab are batting first and are 14/1 after 11 balls. They've got a few decent players (Lee and Jayawardene etc... ) but I think Mumbai with Tendulkar in the form that he's in should get home.

IPLs great to watch but its heart stopping stuff if you got readies on ! .... I can see your logic and the turbinator Harbajans bowling very well too ... but theres a certain Yuvraj Singh for Punjab .. if he gets his eye in then who knows what the score will be ....
