Just heard from camp of dirrell that frochs is more heavy handed than Abraham!! if Dirrell can handled frochs power then, then he is favourite for the tournament got to admit the two hardest punchers are out of the way (he sussed them out) looks like a rematch is on the way!

Dirrell tweeted on the fact that he did not act, followed by "You try to take a powerpunch sitting down from the hardest hitting 168 lbs'er :deal

Froch is a bigger bloke at 175, so he might hit a little harder. It is possible.. But Art Abe is pretty stocky up top and he has good power for a guy 168 pounds...

I give credit to Art Abe for overcoming an early ass-kicking against Dirrell last weekend and gaining strength as the fight progressed. I thought Dirrell was wilting after 10 rds.

I don't like seeing people win titles on their backs. Art Abe was pumped and psyched when he landed a shot to Dirrell when Dirrell was down on his knee against the ropes. I just think Art Abe was looking to kick some ass and retain his title by any means possible.

    NOTE:

Why wasn't Gerry Cooney DQ'd by Tony Perez in 1981 when Cooney nailed Kenny Norton in the corner with a series of hooks and rights while Norton sagged in the corner??? The last TWO Cooney blows were clearly thrown / landed when Norton was in outer space.... No DQ against Cooney up in New York.......

    A) Norton was already knocked out by the time Cooney nailed while he was down. B) He should have been DQ'd, obviously. It was grotesque.

First off , where is the quote ? Sounds like a bull**** story to me ..

Also considering that froch never even landed a flush shot on dirrell. Where as AA dropped him and also illegally KO'd him

abraham's power ain't **** at 168. He'll also be tasting some more canvas before the tounament is over. He's in with the big boys now, not someone moving up.

Look Jaggov, I don't follow Art Abe's career all that closely. But I know or knew he held a world title at some point between 160 and 168 pounds. Also, he is probably the first Armenian world boxing champion. He is certainly the best fighter Armenia has ever produced.... Jaggov.......

Okay... After doing a little Googling I just found out that Art Abe made 10 successful title defenses of his Middleweight world title before giving it up late last year so he could compete in this SUPER-Middle tourny.... Point is, he didn't lose his title in the ring... Art Abe still had that champion mentality going into fights even at 168 pounds...

Abe has literally CONCUSSED both "Taylor & Dirrell" at 168 pounds..... Foul or no foul..... Both were concussed by Abe......

I'm not sure it's very impressive to concuss someone while they're sitting down and not looking.

If Mike Tyson was hog tied, sitting in a chair and I was allowed a running start, I'm sure I could concuss him. But I would not be impressed with my effort if I managed it.
