Dirrell was looking to box. Thats allowed in most other countries. Maybe not in England where its frowned upon, but everywhere else you are allowed to do that without having to worry about getting body slammed or rabbit punched or hit in the balls ala Kosta Tszyu.

if there's contact between the two fighters its hard for the ref to know if Dirrell is falling purposefully or not. You gotta give him the benefit of the doubt even though he's doing it on purpose in certain cases..

 

No, there was no hitting the back of the head by either of them in the round I'm watching.

Yes, in the 10th round Froch ends up turning his back on Dirrell.

Also, in the 9th round, Froch hits Dirrell on the back of the head a couple of times, and gets warned for it. Below's a crappy screen shot. You can see Dirrell duck his head below the waist before he does it, which is also illegal.

Slowbra didn't win more then 4 rounds against Dirrell. Was gifted the decision and the delusion of this fighter carries on.

Not only was he clearly outpointed by Dirrell but he was dominated by Jermain Taylor for 8-9 rounds before Taylor's gas tank went to empty and he turned into a punching bag. Froch is a C rate hyped up fighter. Just another British hype job.

 

Sorry thats not turning your back. Its called ducking your opponets punches, thats what skilled fighters do. What unskilled fighters do is they hit you in the back of the head instead of using an uppercut because they dont have skill. Infact it looks like Froch is actually holding his head down here, which he also did alot during the fight.

 

Dirrell was doing most of the body slamming. He was clinching at any given opportunity, and running Froch into the ropes. During the later stages of the fight, every round ends with a clinch.

I didn't say it was. Twisting the truth much? No, I haven't posted the video of the back turning incident. What I posted was a picture of Dirrell ILLEGALLY ducking his head below the waist, and Froch illegally punching him in the back of the head. How can you uppercut someone when their head is down by your balls?!

 

Dirrells not even my favorite fighter. But its a tragedy whenever a more skilled opponent with a real career ahead of him gets beaten by a bum like Froch for nohing other then the fact the fights in his hometown.

Mayweather and Sweet Pea bend at their opponents waist all of the time. It is illegal however to hit an opponent on the top of the head regardless. Its up to the referee to determine that. Dirrells head may have been an inch too low, but Froch also seems to be pulling hsi head down anyways.

Again learn to throw an uppercut.

I have said that dirrell has the speed and movement to bother abraham if he is able to keep his head togther.....

I have always said, a fighter with a good chin, good stamina, good jab, good movment, and good speed is the one to be abraham.... Well guesss what, dirrell has all that....
