Ummmm.... Filipinos have another world champ in Nonito Donaire, who's fighting style is similar to Floyd's. He is a distant second to Pac in popularity. If it was Floyd himself that was Filipino, he wouldn't have such a following because everything he does outside the ring is the exact opposite of what is taught in catholic Filipino culture. How popular would Floyd be? He'd be as popular as Rolando Navarette, a world title holder in the 80s. He was also convicted of **** in Hawaii in 1986 and presently a town drunk. People talk about Pac being too humble in interviews. News to all: That is how all Filipino athletes are when interviewed. It's almost considered a sin in the Philippines to even be slightly conceited.
Style means nothing. Donaire has done little in the sport. When Pac had done little in the sport he was far from loved like he is now.
hell nah im not racist...u dont get it man..its an inside thing....u ever seen those real scrubby ass dudes that just turned 21 and think its cool to rock a dragon ball z shirt to the clubs..thats who im talkin about...those are the *******s that i cant stand
Humble Catholic is a joke. Unless by that you mean multiple affairs, a love child, a ton of talk about how Floyd is his biggest fan and how Floyd fears his power, not to mention the mocking and imitating Floyd. Don't worry. We see through the facade that you've bought into. By the way, nice job comparing Floyd to a ****** and town drunk, *******.
I honestly think that Mannys style is all wrong for Mayweathers style I just do not see how Floyd will be able to adapt to the pressure speed and constant volume power punching of Manny Pacquiao..... if Floyd takes this fight and does win it, he is the best fighter on the planet.... if he avoids it he sort of Validates what some myself included claim in Floyd.....
I used to think that PBF would pic Pac apart. But after seeing Pac dismantle so many opponents idk anymore.
That's the conventional wisdom. And I have a hard time arguing with any particular part of it. On paper, Floyd holds all the advantages. Speed, Skill, reach, movement, defence, etc. And yet, Floyd's afraid of Pac. That is more or less undeniable. And if Floyd's afraid going into the fight, he will probably lose. It's a bit of a mystery as to why. I think it comes down to balls.
"And yet, Floyd's afraid of Pac. That is more or less undeniable." Floyd is afraid of Pac?You believe this is undeniable? What makes you think Mayweather is afraid of Pacquiao? And dont say its because Floyd's demand of random testing. If thats the case, then lets bring up Manny's 3 demands for the fight...Ring size, the glove they will wear, and a 10 million dollar penalty for every lb that Floyd comes in over 147lbs.Mayweather accepted all of Manny's demands by the way.
Perhaps, but honestly due to Pac's heart, stamina, power, speed..I don't see how he can escape Pac all night. Floyd is most definitely a defensive master, but throw enough punches at a defender....Eventually he's gonna get hit! Pac doesn't seem to mind eating punches anymore either. The man seems to freakin strive off them! Everytime Cotto or Clottey hit him hard he'd try to pound them in to oblivion! Some people say "that's the wrong thing to do to Floyd" but yet...Have you seen anybody like Pac do it? Judah was doing well until he got figured out, and ran out of gas. Pac won't be so easy to figure out, and doesn't run out of gas. I just don't think Floyd is prepared for WAR! Eventually he's going to get hurt, tired, discouraged, and give in to Pac.
