I don't think it's the skill that sets these 2 apart, obviously Floyd is the most skilled defensively today, but Pac's unpredictability with the speed and power that surpasses Floyd's and his use of angles will give Floyd and every fighter a nightmare. Pac fools you into thinking he's just coming straight at you, but for the most part he is not. Swarmers or ko artists are typically not as fast as your slick boxers like Floyd, but Manny is.

If anyone has the best style to beat Manny it's Mosley. He has the chin, speed, and power to ko or stop Pac. Floyd may have the speed, but with a good gameplan he can probably try to replicate round 1 of Cotto keeping Manny at a distance and probably try to clinch as often as possible. Toe to toe Pac knocks his ass out.

Yeah thats why he Mayweather dropped him so many more times than Pac......Oh wait....
I'm amazed at how many people treat what comes out of boxers mouth as gospel.

    :good

It has been pointed out that Floyd doesn't really fire back like JMM or EM when attacked.

It's bad for Floyd to clam up against a volume puncher...it's also bad for Floyd to trade in the pocket with Pac.

Floyds only option,...... run, potshot, run, poshot.

    I've answered all these points.

Three million times in two million threads.

Ring size and glove size are routine points that are argued in nearly all bouts.

And Floyd demonstrated that $200,000 per lb was no deterrent, even when he was fighting the much smaller JMM. He needed more disincentive to keep him at proper weight.

But the tests he proposed, no, demanded, were completely out of the ordinary.

And without offering a shred of evidence as to why such tests were justified.

This clearly indicated he didn't want the fight.

A pity, since, as I've mentioned, he would have to be the favourite in any Floyd-Pac match-up.

PBF always fights a perfect fight. For anything and everything his opponent has over him he will always find a solution for it, REAL TIME at that. His opponents OTOH will not be able to solve his counter punching ability, they will not be able to solve PBF's jabs, etc etc.

PBF's style is a nightmare for all other styles of all other boxers, current and future. He will always fight a perfect fight while his opponent cannot do anything about it.

So now you hate catholics? I didn't know perfect people existed. Please elaborate. So Manny cheats, at least he doesn't beat his women unlike some boxing family.

And yes, when you talk and act like Floyd in the Philippines, you are treated like a ****** and a town drunk, that is if you survive being murdered for being such. Intiende?

Noob, Zab fights nothing like Manny, lol, not even close. While a mental midget he is a far better pure boxer than Pac. Fact. Against Mayweather in the early going he fought defensively with a good jab and trying to counterpunch and time FMJ who pressed the action. Your hero ain't go no jab, has poor defensive abilities and ain't no patient counterpuncher....................Mayweather will have a field day with Pacs reckless agression..................you Pac fans also severely underrate FMJ power.................Pacs willingness to land one and catch ten will be his ultimate undoing IMO, he is way to easy to hit with almost ANY punch you throw at him. He overwhelms/overpowers his opponents who stand toe to toe with him....................Mayweather ain't standing toe to toe....................anyway FMJ comfortable UD with the possibility of a late stoppage if Pac gets to desperate and throws all caution to the wind.

lol if Floyd stands there with Pac like he did with Judah, he's getting his head knocked off buddy. Pac throws just as fast as Zab, is just as quick on his feet as Zab, and throws sharper punches and combinations. Not to mention he hits way harder.

Judah was having success not just counterpunching but fighting offensively as well. Floyd didn't have much of an answer for it.

Watch Floyd against any southpaw and he beats them by fighting off the front foot. He fights aggressively against southpaws, not defensively. I have no reason to believe he'll change his style against Pacquiao.
