PBF has no power to hurt Mosley. Bad thread.

No. They are both in the same division and the only way Floyd takes #1 is by beating Pac. or if Pac loses a fight against a WW or below.

I agree, if you want to be the man you gotta beat the man. Floyd had it and lost it. It's only his fault that he staged a fake 2 year retirement an lost it. Time waits for no one.

Floyd moves to number one if he beats mosley in good fashion.....but i tend to rank fighters on a H2H basis and well...Floyd's a better boxer than Pac.

Pacquiao gave up being p4p no1 the second he backed down from his closest rival IMO.

Mayweather-Mosely winner will be both p4p no1 & WW no1... its up to Manny to challenge that winner & see if he`s got what it takes to be classed p4p no1... beating up punchbag Clottey doesnt cut it.

What if Pac refuses to fight the other 2 best WWs in the world ?

You still want to rank him no1 ?

    Not a chance.

If Mayweather KO's Mosley, then we should start talking about PEDS. That is the only logical explanation.

He was not able to KO JMM despite connecting more than half of his punches. To KO Mosley, a fighter never been KOed before, that is quite an amazing feat. Mosley faced big welters and his chin was proven beyond doubt that it is granite or steel.

You have got the roles completely wrong. Pac's victory over Clottey had nothing to do with size as Clottey was the one with the size difference. It was soley his skill that got him that win.Mayweather's victory over Marquez was not only down to the size difference but it did play a big factor as tye extra weight that Marquez had to put on really changed him as a fighter completely and he did catch Mayweather on the chin but nobody has praised mayweather's chin based on this fight as he effectively taking punches of a blown up lightweight. Where'as Pac was taking punches of a big welterweight. And Pac's offence acted as his defence in the Colttey fight for the most part as if he was throwing punches then that ment a fighter like Clottey would not.

Well then his next opponent should insist on even more stringent drug testing if that were to happen. Random blood and urine analysis from the time his next fight is signed, all the way up to the day of the bout for both guys.
