Alexander v Maidana being discussed for August!!!!

I hope this fight comes off because this would give Khan a great chance of getting all 3 belts if he fights the winner.

Impressed by Alexander in his last fight against Urango but they are both beatable if Khan faces them.

I might have my head in the clouds and I arent saying he would beat them but do you think this could spur Ricky Hatton on for a comeback if he thinks he has a chance of fighting the winner and unifying the belts.

Just a thought.

 

Maidana is tailormade for Alexander

 

Alexander is the big man in the division. Bradley seems to have lost his balls. Alexander has won me over, he unified 2 belts and is calling out anyone who wants despite having most of the belts. I hope a payday comes for him. Maidana is the best fight that can be made if Bradley and Khan are too scared.

 

i WOULDN'T FAVOUR kHAN TO AVOID GETTING HIT FOR 12 ROUNDS AGAINST EITHER (oops caps) fighter to be honest.

Alexander looks the goods but its early days,Maidana is the danger man of the division but i think Alexander beats him..

 

Bradley is still by pick for best in the division (bar a 140lb version of Pac) and it'll take a lot to convince me otherwise.

 

Fleaman I agree that both will get to Khan and stop him. I like all 3 guys Devon the Great Alexander, Desert Storm Bradley and Maidana. I think Bradley may be the best amongst all of them though I have been very impressed by Alexander I must say. While I think Bradley is the best stylewise he may be a better match up for my guy than Alexander though obviously I favour my guy against all 3.

 

Alexander is different class to Maidana. He would stop him inside the distance in my opinion.

 

Shouldn't Ajose be mandatory for the WBC at the moment?

 

heard Hatton was lining up to fight Alexander and then when his team saw the Urango fight the decided agaisnt it.

Alexander vs Maidana would be a good fight. would get Maidana of Khans back to

 

Alexander already had some good preperation for this fight in his last outing. About as good as you could get albeit Maidana is a far straighter puncher.

I can't see how Maidana wins to be honest even though in theory he has a 'punchers chance'. I don't even think that chance is significant. Alexander is a bit too clever to be suckered into falling for that.

Bradley is still the man in my opinion.
