Is called acromegaly: increased size of the head in comparison to the rest of the body is one consequence of human growth hormone use. Because bone mass can't be deposited vertically once someone reaches adulthood, the bone is instead deposited horizontally and causes increased size of the head. This is the tell tale sign seen in many users of hgh.

Here's a picture of pacquiao from last year, his head looks abnormally large in proportion to his lower body.

Now I know it could be the haircut, or maybe not:

Is it just me or has Pacquiao's head been getting bigger over the years?

As you can see his head is clearly disproportionate to his lower body.

He's a 5-5 adult. everyone has a big head at that height. ******. And it doesn't help that Pac looks taut and lean compared to your average fat filipino guy at the same height and reach.

    :rofl
