Do you like them boxing, slugging, swarming? What's your thing in boxing?

Feel free to bring up examples of fighters you like because of their style.

    Boxer/punchers.

My all-time fave is Mantequilla Napoles. I'd say he fits the bill.

Boxer/Puncher. Although I don't believe that you need to throw bombs to be a boxer/puncher. You just need legit knockout power; either one shot power or at least enough power to wear down your opponents with combos. Boxer/Punchers are the most skilled in my opinion and are the hardest to beat.

i like watching boxer punchers the most, as i find defensive boxers a little frustrating sometimes, swarmers can be ugly and clinch and so on, and sluggers are although entertaining at times, a little crude for my fine tastes.

with that being said though- if i could fight any style it would definetley be that of a boxer, look at how guys like hopkins, floyd, sugar ray, sweet pea are holding up compared to guys who engage. then again- if ur a slugger u probably have a head of granite and know it.

i love highly technical fighters, guys who rely on technique over speed, power and reflexes,
guys like hopkins, mayweather and early JMM

    1) Boxer - slick guys like Sweet Pea
    2) Boxer/Puncher - Thomas Hearns comes to mind
    3) Swarmer - Joe Frazier

    I don't like sluggers.

It's hard for me to appreciate fighters who don't know how to work behind a great jab. They don't have to be hardcore jabbers like Ali.

I prefer to watch swarmers/brawlers so i chose that one. But i suppose number 2 is the most respected and respectable style.

That's what I meant by saying "bombs". Boxers with respectable power that can cause damage.
