    I don't think it's elitist...if people say dumb things they get treated as such...I haven't been here long and have never had a problem...I did start off in the general though and going back to that forum it drives me mad having to read about 20 ******ed posts for every semi interesting one.

    I've never found this fourm cliquey at all.

    Posters who make sensible posts will be respected whilst posters being stupid, whether they mean to be or not, won't be.

    If you want to be daft go on the lounge but if you want to be sensible come on here. Its a lesson I learnt very soon.

    :lol::lol::good

    I only came on here because its one of your threads, but i'll give an opinion anyway:

    The Brit forum IS 'cliquey' to 'dip into' (rather than all round 'Cliquey') as a product of it being so small, unlike the General and lounge.
    Because theyre so vast, you can dip into those every few months if you want, without feeling like you should be in the mix on things and be part of a crowd.
    The 'intimacy' of The Brit forum precludes this IMHO

    Even now i feel like an outsider posting this, as i stopped coming on here semi-regularly ages ago,(without going into reasons why)
    I wouldnt feel like that on the other 2 because of their size.
    Its perfectly normal and nothing wrong with it either, to be fair.

    I find this forum to be the most informative and enjoyable to read of all forums relating to the British scene. I post elsewhere have done since 04 on another forum when it comes to the world scene because the general forum here is dire.

    Spud Woollat and his merry men ruined the last decent British forum I was a member of. Don't know if he was known around here?

    Anyway, if it's got its cliques here then so-be-it. Most of these places do anyway, it's no biggie.

    Most of the old-timers are really good posters. The ones who aren't, are the ones who constantly bang on about how things were and moan all the time. Dunky whatever, is a prime example, or another bellend, Scurla.

    The funny thing is, they can talk about the good times, but they didn't contribute to them. They were dull, repetitive morons then and they are now. The real quality on this forum has always been with people like Gaz.
