He has a very good resume and set of achievements. I'd say he has to be among the top 3-4 on that list.

I have seen none of Davilas fights..

I had a concern where I placed corrales as well....I think I placed him higher than he deserves as well.

I would put him in the top 5 out of these 10, you could make a case for top 3. Davila was a great technichian tough chin fast, short with average power. He fought in a great era of bantams too bad he didnt win a title till he was older when he tragically killed Kiko Bejines in the ring. Loss to 2 greats Gomez and Zarate. But went 1-1 with Pintor beat a faded Rodolfo Martinez,Alberto "super Fly"Sandoval and 1-1 with Frankie Duarte.

I don't know about that. He has a nice notch on his belt with Nelson, but on the whole I'd say he has one of the less deep resumes out of the fighters listed.

I think that Vargas in his weight is #15 all time at Junior Middle ...

Genaro was awesome if he had never hurt his wrist he would have been top ten materiel

Tony Lopez and Ayala are the worst in the bunch

Ruelas ...could have gone far if he had never fought Garcia

Ramos is a badass that would be competitive in any era.

Your Paisa Art was really solid

His resume was pretty decent he defended his title 12x and the win over Nelson was definitely big, Beat a prime Paez,Famoso and had a number of solid defenses over solid(not spectacular) opposition. Only 2 losses and that was against 2 elite fighters of this past generation Mayweather and ODLH. I think Hernandez should be able to get in the HOF one day.

Anarci... do you remember what Genaro did to Jibaro Perez... that body punch was awesome. So good that Oscar canceled negotiations to fight him. He was set to fight him for his title....in fact Oscar was in the audience and got scared when Genaro ko'd the guy for half an hour.

Plus Genaro was a superfeather when he fought Oscar at 135 ... had Mosley not broken his nose who knows?
