not really basically he's saying that its a better fight today than it would have been 10 years ago.

No he's making an excuse and making a prediction of winning in the same sentence.

But it can be read as would have knocked him out 10 years ago let alone right now
Or can be read as well 10 years ago he would have knocked him out don't know about now

Sounds like he is Mayweather's trainer speaking like that.

Nazim knows that he's not up against Pavlik or Margarito......he's up against a rare breed of the sport......

I'll root for Shane and hope Mayweather gets KTFO.....but anyone that knows anything about boxing knows that Shane only has a punchers chance against Floyd.....

Imo anyone thinking this fight is going to be competitive is in for a shock.

This is mosley not hatton the fight will be competitive, Mosley is legit and is still very dangerous but I think his age will tell in this fight.
Don't be fooled by the jmm pbf fight, mosley is a lot bloody faster and has more ringcraft power and tactical know how than jmm.
Floyd will certainly have his best nike on in this one.

nothing wrong with saying what he feels honestly. it's not like mosley is young anymore as 10 years ago. bottomline is floyd is in his prime now while mosley is past it. but still it is one of the biggest challenge in floyd's career.

Nothing wrong with saying that the fighter you are training is going to lose?

the same way that you were shocked right after the floyd-jmm fight, thinking that JMM would shock the world? ;)

did nazeem said or implied mosley is going to lose? he might be saying that it would be a harder fight now but not necessarily saying shane would not win.

he's kind suggesting at both. Floyd is better now, Mosley was better then. Either way it doesn't matter because its a bigger fight now with more to gain for his fighter and that's was matters most.

"10 years ago it's a different fight. 10 years ago Shane knocks him out".

    OK so that was different.

Shane is going to win by a decision this time? Is that what he is trying to say? :huh

    bull****!!

At no point in shanes career would he have even beaten floyd, never mind knock him out. hes always been too plain to beat floyd in my opinion. nothing he has ever done or can do in the ring can trouble floyd. he throws fast single punches but against floyd, he can only throw one at a time because floyd will be moving away from him all the time. as soon as shane throws a fast right or a fast left hook, floyd will move away...

:lol::lol:Anyone that equates Mosley in the same sphere with JMM as far as tactical know how is concerned, just does'nt know much about the sport.

Mosley is physically stronger, and punches harder than JMM.......but it stops right there......every other category you can name tilts well toward JMM's way.
Marquez is far superior in technical ablility to Mosley its not even worth debating.
