If there was a mandatory activity rule how much would you have it be?

I am so sick of boxers fighting once or twice a year. It should be a rule they have to fight a minimum of 2 or 3 times barring injury or some set back.

Fighters inactivity hurts the fans of the sport if you ask me.

 

And who and how is going to enforce this exactly?

Oh ok. Well hypothetically it would better for boxing if all the top ten fighters in each division faced each other in a one night one venue elimination tournment every six months. That would be ace.

 

Once you're big time, I think you should be able to fight a max of 3 or 4 a year.

If you're up and coming, I think you should be fighting 12 tomato cans a year..

 

A federal commission maybe?

 

I think the champions / top 15 contenders should have to fight 3 times a year.

2 legit opponents, 1 can. And make the can fight on cable.

 

I would say that you have to make at least one fight every 4-6 months If you are a top 10 fighter. If you are a World Champion than you have to fight a top 5 fighter or another World Champion every 4-6 months.

 

I don't think this is a bad question. I know I've always hated the sports best and most popular fighters going to work once in a year. It's bull****.

I would much rather see a commision that has more power over who fights who. This would make the top level a lot more interesting. A lot lesss Ducking, bitching and for us the fans fights we actually want to see.

 

world champions should fight 3/4/5 times a year unless they have a vasquez/marquez kinda of fight where r&r is an absolute must
