We might have seen Jamies last fight tonight.... and if so i want to say thanks for all the fights. Jamie isnt the hardest puncher out there, hes not the fastest, and his reflexes arent the best, but what he lacks in certain areas he makes up for in excitement, and intangebles, he brings a toughness and will that you cant teach, and has given fans many great fights that will live on in the history books and fans hearts. Heres to a good life after retirement, youve shown what your made of :good This content is protected
He posts on the Brit Forum :good....and he should be remembered as a domestic British great. No-one has consistently produced great fights like Jamie has the last decade or so....Macklin, Jones III, Rhodes and more....Best of luck in the rest of his life
Moore Macklin was one of the best fights I've ever seen. If this is the end for him I hope de does well afterwards.
He's been a tremendous asset to British boxing in the last few years. If this really is the end of his career, then all I can is "well done" and "thank you". The nights he has given us fans and the price he has paid has been incredible. It's been a real pleasure to watch him throughout his career and I hope he can find happiness in retirement, if that's his option. A true warrior in every sense of the word, and I hope he can take satisfaction in knowing that he provided us fans with some of the best boxing in the last decade. The British Arturo Gatti. Thank you, Jamie.
Good post Kirk, The lad's been tremendous for British Boxing and should bow out with his head held high.:good
yeah class act. been in some great fights, real shame 2nite though, the rhodes fight seems to have taken it out of him, real shame, wish him good luck in the future
I agree.... a fighter that has nothing to be ashamed of and has always left it all in the ring. Thank you to the lot of you for showing support for a somewhat overlooked (in the big scheme of things at least) warrior. :thumbsup
Jamie Moore can be very proud of what he has achieved and I'm sure will take comfort from the fact that everyone who knows their boxing has huge amounts of respect for him as a boxer and as a person. I wish him all the best in his future endevours, whatever they may be. :good
