Teke.. the fight was a no-contest. Judging the bout would have been a head ache. Neither man was outwardly offensive.. 'Nard only appeared to get going after being fouled.. In all, the fight will continue fermenting like stinky compost until the Klits fight another Russian Neanderthal with thanks to Chernobl.

I see the Titans struggling aswell. They laked direction against the Cowboys but i felt they still could have won. They have storm dragons and manly in the next few rounds :-:)-(

Manly are going nicely under the radar now :yep

Yeah i think the Storm, Manly, Titans and the Cowboys will be over the year the best teams.

    Parra and St George Overated.

Titans are and have always been the biggest pretenders out there.

Every try the Cows scored last night was met with no resistance whatsoever. It couldn't have been any easier.

Manly are coming along nicely though, and should be undefeated with the storm for now.

Parramatta are a joke and should be winless. I did expect the Sharks to be tough last night as I took them with the start in my multi, but 11-0

It's still early days fellas. September is a long way away. :yep

Bhop is still an elite fighter and would handily beat Danny Bogan Green over 12 rds at 175.

If it did go 12 I'd imagine there would be quite a few pit stops along the way for Nard.

I don't think Bernard looked too bad in the fight, it was just an ugly fight to watch. But that's Bernard's style. Roy didn't pull the trigger and appeared quite gun shy and Bernard's style blunted his capacity to fire.

The impact from the shots to the back of the head seemed exaggerated but only Nard will know how hard they were.

Interruptions aside, I still think Hopkins has currency in the light heavyweight scene.

Can he compete or beat David Haye at heavyweight? That's a big ask, you would have to think is unrealistic. But he only gives away 2 inches in height and 3 inches in reach, so he is not going to be dwarfed by him.

I think some people are just writing Bernard off due to the nature of the fight and his age. I still believe he is an elite fighter in the sport.

I'll stand corrected but Bhop is finished.

I hate to say it but Green wld have a real chance against him on that performance.

Green would only have to throw punches.

Bhop looked shithouse moving in on RJJ. Trying to land effective blows was completely a miss by both fighters. With BHop stalking RJJ, and both still trying to focus on any on coming shots, they simply out played each other on the 'over cautious' card.. Neither was totally, or reasonably offensive with any form of attack. RJJ's only glory went through the back of 'Nards head via two foul blows, whilst 'Nard himself couldn't land anything to shake the sweat from RJJ's bald melon..

    Yep, Danny would dice BHop.
