2010 the worst year in boxing in a long time

So far its not like 09 thats for sure .I pray Mayweather Mosley /Cintron Williams /Pavlik Martinez all make up for it .

 

Lets hope we can get Haye vs. <insert name> Klitschko sometime during the year, so we can get some hype going, and see loudmouth get counted out.

 

Hey we got Ademek Arrelos soon ..That fight will be a garunteed barn burner ..And please for God sake someone make Haye fight any of the Klits this year ..

Not a good start for sure but I'm confident that the upcoming bouts will easily make up for it. If those two guys (you know who I mean) ever get off their butts and give us fans what we really want to see, then this will be a great year for boxing and it's fans.

It's been a major disapointment so far for sure... but there's LOTS to look forward to in the coming months mate...

Surely some of these fights will produce the chills and spills we're looking for.

 

I think the first couple of months started slow because of some last minute reschedules and cancellations, but it's picking up nicely. I'd say from last week on, there isn't a weekend without at least one good fight scheduled until some time in June. I thought last week's Dirrell fight was good, despite the sour ending, and I really enjoyed the Haye fight last night. 2010 is far from the worst year in boxing. In fact, the past few years have really picked up in terms of quality matchups.
