Its true Bernard Hopkins gets way more praise then he deserves. Floyd fights, one guy who is smaller then him, and people suddenly start screaming that's all he does, while Hopkins biggest and most praised wins, were over smaller guys like Trinidad, and DLH. People call Floyd a runner becasue he uses, skills, and head movement to not get cleanly, but Bernard resorts to holding, and crying about phantom fouls like a ***** in every single fight, yet he's always talking about being from the streets. He was a disgrace against Calzaghe, and to make it even worse, he let Calzaghe dry hump his ass like a little *****. B-Hop is a skilled fighter, but he is a ***** and he's overrated.

Well atleast Baldomir looked like he'd been in a fight.

 

It's his style, not "tactics". Besides, Mayweather already proved he can slug when he wants to, play defensive, counter and adapt to anything he has to necessary to deal with his opponent. The reason why it's not appreciated because idiots are more than normal or smart people, that's a given and well known. The majority will have an easier time understanding and relating to a one dimensional predictable style than a multi-dimensional confusing style which requires understanding of what this guy is doing with his feet when he does specific moves in the ring whether defensive, aggressive or neutral.

Floyd's style is boring to most observers. No amount of long, overdrawn responses is going to change that.

No its not. I've watched Floyds fights with casual fans and they enjoy his ability to slip punches and counter other fighters shots.

Again as to why he continuously out sells Pacquiao in PPV's. He wouldnt do that without the casual fans interest.
