this Glass Jawed fraud did not even try to win against Hopkins all he did was fight to survive and protect that fragile Glass Mandible of his. Did he even throw a meaningful punch in the whole fight that was not a low blow or a rabbit punch?

jones is seriously low on confidence
he did the exact same thing in the 3rd tarver fight
culd hav taken tarver out in one of the round and wen he got tarver hurt he wuld throw any punches
    same in calzaghe fight
was doin well for the 1st two rounds then an hurtin calzaghe wiv big body punches an then stopped throwin punches in the 3rd an neva came back in2 the fight
such a gr8 athlete but seriously lacks mental strength
that 2nd tarver fight finished him
all he doin now is givin people an excuse to say how crap he looks

**** off glasscock - you need chemical assistance to get a boner after three bottles of budweiser.

Go suck on a bicycle pump, see if you can inflate that pin head of yours.

He was a bit gunshy yet again but he did put Hopkins down with a legitimate punch that Hopkins called foul on. There are plenty of videos, including slo-mo and photos that show it on other threads here.

The punch should have forced a count as it was legit and Hopkins went down (by choice or otherwise). And as for the thread title - Roy Jones is definately gun shy but Hopkins was the disgrace in this fight with his theatrics.

I don't think Roy Jr. is a disgrace, he should've retired on top of the world after he defeated Ruiz. He tried his best, I think he wants to the throw combinations, however, his reflexes are so dull, that when he gets ready to fire his opponent has already stepped away. Bernard on the other hand blatantly cheated to remain in the fight. He was gassed out after the 3rd round. Time is up for BHop and RJJ.

roy has no more timing. its not fear or gunshy, he just cant gauge range anymore and cant time opponents.

Roy is a legend who clearly doesnt have it anymore. Roy has done good things for boxing and he is certainly not a disgrace. Time to retire yes....but show some respect to a legend. IMO it takes more heart then all the critics got combined to step back in the ring when you know you no longer have it.
