    Wlad is capable of throwing 1 explosive punch or a few if his opponent stands still, but Haye does it often and with combinations.

    Haye is more likely to make you see stars, or put you on your ass than Wlad is.

    Wlad typically breaks his opponent down with hard thudding punches, and without a doubt is the hardest puncher, but he's not the most explosive.

    If this doesn't make sense, think about Pac and Clottey. Clottey is the harder puncher, but Pac's combination of speed and power is more likely to make you see stars or put you on your ass than a punch from Clottey.

    In my opinion, Haye is the most explosive puncher at heavyweight since Tyson.

    haye can make you see stars at CW. I just dont see him having one punch KO power against legitimate HWs.

    I like the distinction, but I don't know that Haye is more explosive than Tua. He brought them across very sharply and concisely.

    I also believe Haye is more explosive but expect this thread to be shot down by a pack of Klit nuthuggers.

    I suppose you could say Tua is the most explosive since Tyson, but Tua was fighting at the same time as Tyson.

    As for Tua right now, I'm not so sure he has that disctinction because he really isn't in the heavyweight equation, and it's questionable whether or not at this age, he's retained what he once had.

    Wlad great 1 punch hitter

    Haye cant finish anybody even though he can hit Valuev and Ruiz were all hurt but he could not finish them

    Tua = great left hook. not much else... his power also halves when he fights the tall guys as well.

    re. Haye, hard to tell how hard he punches at hw, even now.

    Ruiz's face after 9 rounds gives a fair indication though

    With Valuev the fight was almost over anyway, and with Ruiz he came up against a brave fighter. It's true that he's not a great finisher, because he does tend to get really sloppy when he sees his opponent hurt (wildly throwing punches all over the place), but he's got enough power to finish off anyone who doesn't have an above-average chin.

    I'm not disputing his power he is explosive but just too sloppy and if he lets these big guys off the hook eventually he will pay for it
