True. Point is that True. Point is that Floyd is the draw in the US only. In the Philippines, Manny is the #1 draw. In the UK, it's Hatton. And when you take worldwide numbers into consideration, Floyd is not the #1 draw.

I'm making the point that in relation to Floyd, guys like Klits Paq have much bigger fan bases in they're respective countrys.

You cannot use HBO PPV numbers as proof that Floyd is a bigger draw than any of those guys. FACT:deal

Considering population size, the USA being larger then Germany, UK and Philipines combined, wouldnt that make Mayweather the most popular fighter? :rofl

Obviously if people can watch for free, that will mean more viewers. What are we supposed to do with that? If Floyd's fights were free, they'd get more viewers also. What point are you making?

    So?

Floyd is a bigger draw in America and thats all that matters. Americans are richer, spend more money and matter more in international boxing then Germany or the phillipines.

You dont have Arthur Abraham and Amir Khan saying they would like to fight in Germany or the philipines, they want to fight in America, the biggest stage, and where they will earn the most money.

You seem to be struggling with this.

Did Ricky Hatton earn his biggest pay day in Britain? No he earned it in America. So it matters more how well received a fighter is in America then anywhere else

You also cannot compare free TV numbers to PPV numbers either though.

If no one gave a **** about him, he wouldn't hold the record for Pay-Pay-View sales. You are wrong.

The only population that's relevant to this discussion is the population of boxing fans in these countries.

Comical. Facts are the last thing you want to deal with. The majority of your points have been baseless conjecture about "popularity, but only insofar as we can just guess - don't use hard numbers".

**** me, again with the HBO, I'm talking about the people in Germany who would pay to see the Klits fight not Americans.

Germany is where the Klits are based and most of the Klit fan base is there, you think Wlad and Vitali give a flying **** about HBO money when they are litterally shitting money in Germany.

"Hey Vitali im sick of fighting in stadiums and making millions here, I want to go to America to fight in casinos in front of boooing redkneck spastics to try and get some of that HBO dollar" " Yes we must go brother Wladimir" :rofl:rofl:rofl

Hell no, boxing is a top3 sport in Germany after F1 and Soccer

Paq is a god in the Phillipines and Boxing is more popular in the UK than it is in USA

"Shitting money is Germany"? Population is 80 million dude and they show the fight for free. They could never get 1 million German's to pay US$50.00 to watch Klit fight FACT:deal

    Advertising revenue = USA
    PPV revenue = USA

If they could generate big PPV numbers, they would.

    Mayweather = Bigger than Klit

They have bigger fan bases, but Mayweather's the bigger draw. He brings in more money and that's what matters. Mayweather-De La Hoya would have easily had more viewers than any Klistchko fight if it was on regular television. People usually have fight parties in America, so the amount of people actually watching the fights are uncountable anyway.

It would be harder for any American to have more fans than their international counterparts, because we have a multitude of fighters and athletes to choose from. Therefore, they have to share the spotlight more than the international athletes. How many athletes does the Philippines even have that are popular? Who else are most these other countries going to root for?

the PPV vs total free viewers logic is ridiculous. 1 PPV buy can equal anything from 1-50+ viewers.
