Nope. Their rankings are actually impartial and make sense for the most part, even though such lists are subjective and open to be debated.

Since taking ownership of the magazine, as of last year not one GBP fighter went up in the ratings. They have Topranks Manny Pacquiao at # 1. Hopkins just slipped from #4 to #6 and Topranks Nonito Donaire moved up a spot to #5.

Katsidis at #4 in the oz list is sheer lunacy.

    No argument Flash.

It was just a convenient list of fighters to use for career KO comparisons.

The order FIST had them in was neither here nor there for what I was using it for - though I'd probably list them differently to how FIST have too.

Kegsy sorry you dont agree with his upcoming choice. Im interested in what you and all the other deep throaters think of his next opponent.

 You walked right into that one Balmain.

I do understand why youre doing it though Balmain. If you said that he is a shadow of his former self to an already struggling with self belief Mundine you wouldn't be on his payroll for long.

Better to play along and get paid for it rather than tell it straight and be stuck browsing the classifieds.

There's been many past promises by camp Mundine and almost as many disappointments - you know that yourself Flash.

I for one hope he does fight a quality opponent - and WINS.

My beef all along has been the imbalance between promises & achievements.

Well Flash me old son, I think everyone to a man hopes you are right, & you can bet that the antagonism & derision his past promises have brought upon him, will disolve into natural National good old ocker pride & want him to bash any top ten fighter he faces.
    Let's hope so.
    We'll see.

Me??? Well,,, when I found out that Santa was a dud, I was shattered & resolved to never let anyone ever hurt me ever again with promises :|:lol::lol:

Rodin I understand you are another doubter. I honestly think you doubters will rubbish him who ever he fights. Its a shame because if he was filipino, Indonesian or mexican all of the threads here would be positive. I bet the threads here make you proud to be Australian. It certainly gives me a tingle.

I dont get your point, what is it?

Why do you always feel the need to resort to ethnicity as a reason for people's opinion? Not trying to be a ****, but it makes you look like you're carrying a huge chip on your shoulder.

Pecks having an opinion on Anthony Mundine is one thing. To start insulting people who have an opinion is another.

Where did I imply you had said Mundine will fight Woods in his next 2 fights?

I said he will be stepping down after his next 2 fights to fight a less-than-world-class SMW in Woods, because you yourself said Mundine was not big enough at SMW to beat world class SMWs, which was apparently his reason for moving down to MW (according to you :yep)

Ergo, Woods must not be considered world class by Mundine if he is willing to fight him at SMW.

Yeah, yeah, I understand the whole contractual obligation bit, I actually mentioned it in my previous post, but such obligations didn't make him honour the Geale rematch did they :deal:lol:

Thanks, by the way, for essentially admitting that he moved down because he knew he couldn't beat Kessler :yep You'll never make a politician Flash, when you avoid answering straightforward questions by throwing up smokescreens, it's what you DON'T say that becomes glaringly obvious :yep

You see when you start fibbing, you have to keep fibbing to cover your tracks...soon you can't remember what fibs you've told and what fibs you haven't used yet

Ooh, I must be a hayta because I can see the truth

Firstly IBM yes I honestly believe Choc should never fought at s/m because he wasnt big enough to fight at that weight. Your boy had no problem with s/m winning the interim WBC title and being robbed of the full WBC title in Germany. It wasnt until he was soundly beaten by Choc that he discovered he had a weight problem. Do you think Garth is world class? Between you and me I dont. IBM like I have stated he should of been fighting at either middleweight or junior middle from day one. When was the last time Danny Green put a dollar in a fellow Australians pocket? Even Daniel Geales people admire Choc for that. But I bet you dont.

    Flash,

This one is an interesting comment from you above regarding money:

'Even Daniel Geales people admire Choc for that'

Anyone's happy to make a buck - including Geale - no argument there.

But as if there's any generosity involved here!

And, as you've agreed yourself, Choc should be stepping up and fighting overseas opponents, not staying home fighting locals.
