    no it isn't a joke. Toney does not have a clip where he is in a great fight. He had some great wins over not really great guys like Nunn, but how can he insult a guy like Hopkins who beat Tito and Tarver and Wright and has been more consistent than him. Hopkins is greater than Toney.

    I've seen most of Toney's fights as a MW and a SMW and I will give him and his fans that he was a slick and solid counterpuncher. Not that he won against Dave Tiberi or Mike McCallum, not that he had a good fight against Reggie Johnson, not that he wasn't shutted out by Jones ( which Bernard wasn't) but he had some masterful finishing against guys like Michael Nunn, Tim Littles and Prince Charles Williams. Those were excellent fight finishes when he was to lose... Again against Jirov and Holyfield but you can't just understand what this guy's talking about after snorfests like Rahman and being outboxed by the like of Sam Peter... Not to mention that he's nowhere an athlete as a HW.

    I doubt you have seen the 1st Toney-McCallum fight, because Toney clearly won it, the draw verdict was wrong. If you have such a good memory of it, post your scorecard?

    Toney also deserved to win the 1st Peter fight. To be honest, I don't think you've seen any of the fights you're talking about. I think you're a youtube clip man, am I right?
