Lucian Bute vs. Edison Miranda

Neither. I was set to go to AC for Williams, but things just won't line up for me this time around. I hate crowds but put up with them from time to time.

The Romanian newspapers : Bute may meet Pavlik at the Cowboys Stadium / Texas .They say the source is eastsideboxing ...but they don't give a link. They also say that promoter Bob Arum has already talked with the owner of the stadium in Texas about the possibility of organizing such an event and said it is likely to happen this year.He said best option is Bute but also mentioned Paul Williams and Winky Wright .

OK, as of yesterday here is the events for the week:

April 13th, open workout. Bute 1pm, Miranda 2:15pm at Claude Robillard Center
April 14th, Press Conference 11am. Location still not known
April 16th, Weigh in 2pm. Location still not known
April 17th, 2nd Weigh in 9am at Claude Robillard Center

April 18th-April 23rd 12pm-5pm Visitation time to see Bute recovery at St. Mary's Hospital Center :yep

If Miranda wins half of these guys will be in the psych ward on suicide watch just down the hall so at least they won't have far to go for a visit.

So true! They are even more blind than I was before Miranda fought Pavlik and most of you Ghost fans were before he fought Hopkins.

Just as I told those '*******' Pavlik fans after Miranda's loss to him, your time will come. Every boxer will lose eventually and you will feel my pain one day. This is the same for the Bute fans. Big difference I see is that ALL the Bute fans are very cool. Only a select few of the Pavlik fans I actually enjoyed debating with (you know who you are).

When Bute finally loses (April 17th :good) all these crazy blind fans will feel like they lost a close friend. It hurts for a loooong time. Unlike the Pavlik fans, I will feel bad for you guys. When Hopkins beat Pavlik I was happy as hell for all but a select few. I took so much **** from those fans for so long that I was happy their day had come.

Anyway, I dont wish bad for Bute or his fans. I actually like Bute and think he is a great fighter. Montreal is a kick ass town that loves and follows boxing and I respect you all very much for that. So other than April 17th, I will be a Bute fan as well.

I felt very bad after Bute-Andrade I. Seing Bute on the canvas at the end of the fight was very unpleasant. I don't think it would be worse than that, because before I read the rules, I thought he lost. I felt awful.

I was a fan of Joachim Alcine too, although just a bit. He got knocked out cold by Daniel Santos here in Montreal. You could hear a fly in the stadium. Each fight, true fans end their evening unhappy.

 

Putting a Pavlik/Bute fighting in Texas would be a really stupid idea. These two could make a SHIT_LOAD of money off the live gate in Montreal, or at MSG. Kelly's fan base is regional, so is Bute's. Texas makes no sense whatsoever.

 

Let me ask you guys a sincere question. Give me an honest answer.

If Miranda pulls off the upset, and KP's next fight turns out to be a rematch with Edison, would you consider that "Title Poaching?"

 

Even after Bute eat Edison leaver ?

 

If Miranda win , he will be crown champion and diserve it for sure !
So if Pavlik and Miranda face each others at 168lbs and KP win this fight i don't kow why people could say that Pavlik isn't a real SMW champion!

This said There's more chance to see Bute win against Miranda and then give Pavlik the same treatment!
