    His interview on ''On the Ropes'' is absolute quality. The man holds no punches and the way he talks about himself is just comical. Love him or Hate him Froch is the Truth and Nothing but the Truth.

    Worth a listen.

    Props to him he was interviewed on for a good 15 minutes. He was honest and forthright and took time to answer a question from ESB's very own Anglo Saxon about his style and talked many issues in boxing and the super six and talked bout his upcoming fight. Plus the legendary Calzaghe Quote.

    can't say any of the american fighters characters appeal to me besides Alan green and jermaine taylor. no love for ward or dirrell. dirrell doesnt even need to say anything for anybody to hate him; his face is fckin annoying!
