adamek threads seem to have lost some steam after his sluggish outing vs jason estrada. hopefully tomasz can carry the weight more gracefully and effectively, vs arreola, and get a win that will give his career a massive boost. if adamek loses, it will be a massive setback because he won't be able to get the TV dates and the money he deserves. this is a massive opportunity and a win will get him a shot at WBA champ haye, especially if haye's negotiations with the klitschkos prove difficult.
Well.. All his recent fight are of 'to be or not to be' kind. If he didn't defeat Golota, he wouldn't fight in HW, if he didn't defeat Estrada, he wouldn't get Arreola and HBO. There's pressure all around him, but he can handle it and go forward no matter who/what he faces. Honestly I can't imagine he can lose to Arreola, I just think about Haye fight, dunno why... And after last Saturday I'm getting confidence on myself he could KTFHayeOut, he always lands a nice shot in last fights, so why couldn't he put Haye on canvas ? Brit ain't got a brilliant defence and within 6 rounds could be over. You will see Tomasz will be a WBA world champ until 2010 ends. Cheers.
Its not just Adamek threads been quiet, not even much in the news about it, not even the Polish news so... fights only 3 weeks out. Adamek recently said himself, all of these fights are make it or break it fights. He simply needs to perform and he knows it. Surely he will do what he can. Honestly speaking taking a look back, I can't believe this guy is fighting at HW. I remember at when he was fighting at LHW, and there was talk of his dream moving up to HW, everyone thought it was a huge pipedream including myself, and now here he is, a top contender at HW. This guy has always been an underdog, and always pulls through. Hope he keeps it up.
we can't take it for granted that he even gets a shot at haye. adamek has to beat arreola, a big man. and we can take for granted that he'll beat haye. they're as good as each other. but haye carries the weight much better, it seems. but adamek is certainly a fighter who can fight through real struggles to get the prize. it will be tough for him up at heavyweight, though.

I don't thik 4fun was banned, he just deleted his account. IMO he was only here to make people interested in Estrada fight so they decided to buy this fight on gofightlive.tv PPV. Now Adamek fights on HBO so his services aren't required. 4fun=4money :barf
any ideas what weight adamek will be? this is my main concern. he was muscle bound last time, he had no snap in his punches and he faded pretty quickly. obviously, 12 rounds vs estrada was good preparation, at least in terms of feeling what it's like to carry all that weight. i hope adamek will be a lot better vs arreola.
