    yes, he is. already a 3-weight and 2-time lineal champ. has beaten elite p4p fighters like sasakul, barrera (2x) and morales (2x). also has a great win against ledwaba on 2-weeks notice and a draw w/ jmm.

    a win vs. jmm, will make him a 4-weight and 3-time lineal champ (no lineal champ @130 currently).

    Guzman, then Valero .....

    of course some pac haters will claim he has to fight barrios and even soto...

    Why the **** do you people insist on doing these hidden polls ? :huh

    If you want to get 100% truthfull answers, you must do a public poll, this is not rocket science.

    Ps. I voted `YES` but you will just have to take my word for it I suppose.... & honestly, I really dont think voting `NO` can be justified.

    I think even at the time that this poll was created (2007), he has the body of work to be considered then an ATG.
