    3 Things.
    1. A property decline has no implication on a nations wealth, it is a market actvity. Real estate declined in Manhattan in 2007, does that mean that Manhattan is poor.
    2. Qatar has perhaps the largets percapita GDP ON THE PLANET. Forget about the Middle East. That means per person it has the riches citizens in the world.
    3. The Dubai bailout by Abu Dhabi was not even a fraction of a fraction of the Abu Dhabi total value of the ADIA fund. The fund value is said to between 650Billion and 1 Trillion. The bailout was less than 10 Billion.

    Arum has mentioned that Pavlik has been offered fights there, so I'm inclined to believe there is some interest at least.
