Not sure what thread I said it in, but even if Sergio had a short camp for Williams, avoiding decapitation takes a lot of energy. Haye had Ruiz to the point that Haye could have probably given him a frees shot at his chin. Heavy shots take a toll. It is one thing to move your head out of harms way, but moving your whole body is a different story. I think Kelly has the patience/fundamentals to take what he gets for the opening rounds.

 

Patience is a tool.

Seriously though. I'm far from a hot shot boxing analyst but watching Dirrell do his "matrix" on the ropes against Froch and Abraham and making them look like fools I'm thinking, "Let's see him move his belly button like that".

 

On Inside Boxing tonight are Kelly's current sparring partner's, Austin Trout (21(13)-0) and Jesus Gonzalez (24(13)-1).

I just put up the link. They had a glitch with the online stream for a while. Once it went to commercial, the program never came back. You were just subjected to the commercials replaying in a loop. I think it is 6 Eastern.

Gonzales and Kelly have a similiar opponent in Zertuche, we'll talk about that.
They both resemble Martinez physically, so we'll talk about the difficulties they have been having in hitting Kelly, etc, etc.
