    The WBC once had a very credible secondary title. Men like Joe Frazier, Ray Leonard, Winky Wright, and many others all fought for, and held the NABF title. That title was once an important and traditional part of the path to a world title shot. Now days things are cluttered up enough without adding yet another secondary title.
