Love this fight, its a meanginful matchup between a dangerous 140lber and the top dog.... its the next best thing to Bradley vs Alexander. All i can say about this fight is that i really think Bradley is going to beat the ever living crap out of Maidana, i know some will think im overrating Bradley but hey if im wrong it can always be brought back up and ill eat my just due. It will be a boxing match for the few first rounds i think (im HOPING at least, bradley needs to fight smart and not try to slug it out with him or he will get cought HOLT style) Bradley will be using his footwork and movement and picking his shots with Maidana pressing, classic bull and matador style for the first 3 or 4, then around the 4th Bradley will start sitting down on his punches, and to peoples suprise, be getting the better of it with Maidana, this lasts for a few rounds with both having their moments with Maidana starting to wilt down the stretch and Bradley securing eather an 11th, 12th round TKO (maybe even 10th) or a UD. just IMO, thats how i see the fight going.... but if Maidana has shown us anything its that hes there to upset how things 'should' go, good fight!
This will be a great fight, Bradley lacks reach so will have to exchange at close range at times, Maidana will always have a chance. Bradley should win.
maidana is an overated slugger.... bradley schools him for 12 mabe even takes him out late...even ortiz had maidana down twice
This type of match up is much needed. The JWW division is like a 5 star Sudoku right now and this is the type of fight that can fill in a line and a box.
