There was a strong rumour that Kindelan was paid quite a nice sum of money to blow that fight. But thats just a rumour. You have to ask yourself, would Khan have beaten Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, I doubt it. Paulie has looked really sharp in his last couple of fights, Im sure its his night.

Malignaggi has nearly no chance in this fight, its foolish to believe otherwise.

He's against a kid faster than him, that has a better jab than him, that is now thinking about defence a lot more than he does, and has more power. How exactly is he going to win the fight? It was the perfectly picked fight by Roach because he knows what anybody with even the slightest knowledge would know about these styles, only one guy can win the boxing match and the punchers chance is 0.1%.

Paulie was a tough nights work for Miguel Cotto and Amir is no Cotto by any means. I just hope he doesnt underestimate Malinaggi. Paulie has been in with all sorts of fighters at the top level with all different styles and attributes and given them trouble.

This is Khans toughest opponent by miles. The only disappointing factor is that its another non puncher Khan is in with and that leaves people still asking the same questions about his whiskers (I suppose somethings not right when your own team wont let you face a banger) but After Malinaggi there are not too many light hitters left and the time will have to come when he faces a puncher with a bit of skill.

Im going for Paulie UD but knocking Khan out would be no surprise to me. Paulie has a **** KO ratio but he's up against one of the weakest chins in the sport (hell, I'd say the weakest of them all at that level)

    Looking forward to it :)

Without the worry of getting knocked out, I see Khan winning this fairly comfortably.

karn should win this and i think even buy knockout in the mid rounds. malinaggi is no threat to karns chin even as bad as it is and both power and hand speed lies with karn. the only thing he may struggle with is pining malinaggi in one spot. i wanna see karn fight timothy bradlely a real light welter.

This is exactly my point , everybody is firmly on the Paulie band wagon because of the Diaz fights , fact is Khan is not Diaz , Khan has a better reach than Diaz , he fights 2 or 3 paced as appose to Diaz's 1 pace , he has triple the power of Diaz , better movement (footwork , not inside movement) , his output is far superior to Diaz , from what we have seen of Khan @140 its fair to say he's found his true weight class , looks huge for the weight , fast , powerfull the only Q on Khan is still his chin !!!!!!

This is truly the mistake Paulie is making , every time i hear him speak its " look what happened to Diaz " , " i hurt Diaz so i can hurt Khan " Diaz should be down @SFW for ****s sake , he looked as bad as Marquez @144 !!!! , he was a blown up punch bag and when he pressured Malignaggi his defence was shocking , hands low (particularly his LH) , upright , chin in the air , the man's getting KO'd , how you can say , he beat Diaz he'll beat Khan is just ****in plain ignorance to the sport of boxing !!!!!! :deal

He gave Cotto a hard nights work but lost comfortably , Hatton shut him out 10 - 1 , he lost to N'dou in Manchester and went life and death with Ngoudjo , his best displays have come against Diaz , 1 & 2 , that is not a marker for where he is @140 it really isnt , Diaz is irrelevant @140 , id fancy every top fighter at that weight to stop him within 8 rounds !!!!!

you're really underestimating Diaz there, Diaz has a fantastic output and Khan has never even been in the trenches yet. Diaz is just too small for 140 but Paulie isnt and iit wouldnt surprise me if Paulie has the best reach and height of all Khans opponents. Lets not forget Khan has pretty much only faced career superfeatherweights and lightweights. I hope the hype is real and it would be good to have another champion from the UK but Khan has a very manufactured career so far with no victories of any note.

Also, had it been Khan in beside Cotto instead of Paulie it wouldnt have went past 2 rounds (probably not even 1 round) And the Hatton who beat Paulie (which im prepared to let slide as a bad night for Paulie since he has kinda redeemed himself since ) would likely have beaten Khan too.

I suppose thats the thing with Amir, we dont really know if he's any good or not coz he hasnt been tested but this fight will tell us much more than any of his others with regards to his level.

No it won't. It will tell us Khan can outbox suited opponents. There will be no great revelations to come out of this fight. Paulie is easily hit, he's a one handed fighter and has no power.

Um, Khan is a linear and robotic boxer with a very low ring IQ, poor footwork, and a complete lack of fluidity.

I'm interested to ask why you state he's a very hard hitter, given that he's never KO'd anyone.

Glad you agree. Name dropping a bunch of ****-poor titles means nothing and doesnt affect the (limited) skillset Khan has. He has many flaws in his game.

Firstly, I have seen the fight.

Secondly, who exactly has Salita fought? he was ****ing tomato can. A can that had been dropped by guys with stoppage percentages of TWELVE and SEVEN. Khan stopping him means nothing.

I have to disagree with you mate i really do , on a number of things !!!!!

Firstly Diaz , i was not saying anything negative about Diaz as a fighter , i rate him very highly but i beleive he should be down @SFW , at most LW and has no business at all fighting at anything above , the whole im a new fighter theory is as a direct result of his dominating performances against Diaz , its a terrible terrible lack of judgement by Paulie and anybody else who has been sucked in by it . Diaz had the guy in fits , did you see how many clean power shots Diaz landed by just lunging in !!!!!!!! Paulie is awful going backwards .

Ok Cotto , big man it took Cotto 5 rounds to get rid of Michael Jennings what makes you think Cotto of 06 weight drained @140 (remember that was his last fight @Jr WW) would get the modern day Khan out of there in 1 round !!!!!:good

How can you say we dont know if Khan is any good , do you do any research on any fighters , do you know what Khan acheived @AMA level ????? , the guy has talent , dont give me we dont know how good he is or not bull **** man !!!!!! , he's still a kid , he's got years to get big fights under his belt , and it starts with knocking Paulie out :deal

Just come out and say , i hate the overhyped ******* he hasnt fought anyone and ill drop it .
