He was also Castillo's promoter. Mayweather was a big favorite. Why would he go through the trouble of rigging a fight that Mayweather was supposed to win easily only to setup an immediate rematch? Arum didn't even like Mayweather. Had Castillo won, he would've had another Mexican star(he loves Mexicans). A rematch would've occured anyway.
I'm not even arguing with you, you're just a biased floyd fan. I accept that you guys will always take up defending him regardless of whatever the situation is.
He beat the hell out of all 4 southpaws he faced. He's also beaten up every pressure fighter he face with the exception of Castillo. Judah, Marquez, and Hoya are the best jabbers he faced. Judah and Marquez got beat up. I thought he clearly beat Hoya.
Yeah, floyd winning by a wide margin in vegas and arum promising a rematch, then floyd having to make excuses about his shoulder..... All makes perfect sense, floyd schooled him by throwing less landing less with a lower connect %. Brilliant.
Why would Arum need to rig it so Floyd could win in order to have a rematch? Wouldn't a rematch be more likley had Floyd lost?
Why would he sign the rematch??? Because he just ****ing robbed the dude and needed to explain himself.
